The reality is always our life …

The biggest problem with most modern spiritual and self-development teachings is that they drag you into the deep pit of illusions and make you addicted.

They make you believe that all is well as it is, that everything starts with you and they give you a false sense of security that mostly ignores reality.

The reality is always our life, which is not theoretical but practical.

That which physically manifested in our life is the fruit of the inner work.

But this does not mean that everything in the garden is rosy and nothing bad will come, even something that is a serious challenge. It means that you can look at it, you can decide how you experience it and what you do with it.

Not floating under illusions is what keeps you stable.

Even when the situation takes away the addict’s beliefs because it forces him to physically prove what he has learned.

The majority of people who have been dealing with spirituality for years bleed out in a challenging situation, cannot handle reality and feel deceived.

These are the very situations which reveal where you have come to.

The question is whether you have understood that self-improvement is not about ensuring that nothing bad is ever going to happen, but to deal with whatever happens with a calm attitude.
