How much time do you spend with yourself?

Take a piece of paper.

Recall the moment when you got out of your bed this morning.

Begin to write down the hours and minutes you spent with yourself, doing things you enjoyed, felt recharging, doing things you yourself wanted to do.

Add up these hours and minutes.

Today, tomorrow and the day after.

Is it a fraction of your day?

There wasn’t even any time like that? Was it too little? Hardly any time left for yourself? Or was it just enough?

Each moment, every minute counts. Quality time is what matters.

All that you think, feel and do. The energy.

Who and what do you waste your energy on? Your life force?

How much do you leave for yourself, give to yourself from it?

How worthy of your own energy do you consider yourself?

Do you honour and respect yourself enough to give yourself what you need?

It is time to contemplate this and act in order for your energy to remain yours and not be robbed by others – so that it is you it will serve.
